Hi. I'm trying to find out more recent news about Fountain of Tears and my email to info @ fountainoftears . com bounced. Specifically, how did things go on the 20th? I tried to make it that day, and would really like to be there if there's a repeat.
Thanks!

You guys are the sword of the spirit... you are the first Christian band I have really truly liked, because you "get it". You reach those that would never listen to His word, and your powerful and intelligent style does nothing but give praises to the Lord our God. Keep it up, we can't wait to hear the new stuff... I'll keep you in my prayers, brother

Just received my Dimensions album. Sounds better than ever. And my Dimensions T-Shirt (XXL, thank you) is great. Now I can finally get down to business - loading this album to my editing suite and figuring out all the guitar parts, one song at a time! This is going to be great!

Before I became a Christian in the 90's I played guitar in a death metal band in Portland, OR. Since coming to Christ I remember that we were opening for a band called Believer but they didn't show up because they were stuck in bad weather somewhere. Did you guys ever have any plans to play Portland back then? How ironic that since I've been given a new heart one of my favorite "Christian" bands is Believer.

For those looking to get the new Believer albums, I was able to track them down by guesswork tthrough the non-english Metal Mind site Joey linked to. Where you need to go to get the albums is here: https://www.metalopolis.pl/mm2.app?metalopolis-Id=metalopolis47805187022286451b4d140b60&a=hp&lang=en
I purchased Dimensions for nearly $30, but it was worth it.

Sometime soon when Kurt and Joey are in the studio I'll try to get them to tape a short video showing the new packaging for the re-releases, etc.

Jeff,
Can you not scan the artwork (if you son't have the original) and put links up online? Obviously, the video will be more entertaining, but the art would be nice to see more clearly as say a jpeg. Still looking forward to it ... as well as getting my shirt and CD in the mail.

No problem . . . I'll scan the artwork in the near future.

MAN!!! Such cool shirts, and I can't get one! What are the chances that I can get one in XXL? Some of us Believer fans are a little too manly for your little shirts.

Joey man! I'm sooooo stoked about the new Believer CD!!! Dinemsions is the best and heavyest thrash/prog/metal album of ALL TIME (without poisonous lyrics)! Bands like Slayer seduce the ears with their energy and tightness, but poison the spirit with blasphemy, which even I sang and played back then.
Believer will, no doubt, save many other "lost coins" for the Lord! Please keep the speed and heavyness in metal alive Joey! God bless man! Peace always.

Hey Joey, If you're ever desperately bored enough to answer a fan a quick question, could you email me and tell me whose idea it was to put the Exorcist III clips onto your Dimensions album? That stands out to me as the best album ever, from the apologetics to the operatic vocals to the Exorcist quotes to the (of course) amazing drumming. It shows a remarkable amount of courage for a Christian band to do that! Thanks!

I watched you play drums in your basement waaaaayyy back in 1989.
Beleiver rocked back then. Desolation of Sodom... just awesome. I have been forced to listen to Pantera since you guys stopped making music. Come back with some power metal!

Hey Joey,
Funny how I got here.... using the Wikipedia site, ran past Ocean Blue's entry and then I thought, wow how many other greater Hershey area bands have entries (I can honestly say Miser does NOT!) And found Believer and then to your site. Glad to see you are doing well. Listened to some of FOT and wow that is awesome stuff. I'll have to see if I still have that OLD Believer video I made for a college class - I should link it to wiki.
Take Care,
former Miser bassist Dave
